He is the founder and CEO of the Sherrod Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young adults and their parents acquire the skills needed to succeed. He is also a certified trainer and master facilitator. He has 40+ years of experience in corporate America in business and finance and retired as vice president. He is pursuing an MBA in finance and will pursue a doctorate afterward.


He is a book author dedicated to reducing the mental health epidemic among young adults. He focuses on helping others find their passions and purpose, reduce their despair, and make money based on their passions.
